Ship stores, firefighting and lifesaving items
Enquiries may cover initial newbuilding stores, routine or periodic replenishment, and specialist consumables for passenger ships and ferries. Use an itemised list to establish products and quantities instead of a general “full vessel stores” description.
Firefighting and lifesaving requirements can include spares for portable and fixed systems and coordination of testing or recharging. Confirm the equipment, required service credentials and documentation before arrangements are made.
Machinery, electrical and automation spares
- Main and auxiliary engine, pump, boiler, purifier, compressor and deck-machinery parts; pistons, piston rings and cylinder liners.
- Filters and elements identified by equipment references, including Boll Filter, Alfa Laval, Oceansaver and Kanagawa Kiki.
- Motors, sensors, heaters, evaporators, breakers, transformers and control units.
- ACB / VCB, IMCOS, safety alarms, ballast-water-treatment controls, navigation and communication spares.
- Lighting and navigation lights; enquiries for SKF bearings, RecondOil, stern-tube-seal products and bonding services, with source and authorisation scope confirmed separately.
Deck, lashing and hatch-cover items
- Loose lashing materials, foundations, sockets, twistlocks and general deck fittings.
- Hatch-cover foundations, ISO sockets, Polypad, bearing pads, balance pads and shim plates.
- Hatch-cover rubber seals, lashing eyes and deck-crane spares.
- Dimensions, materials, load requirements and certificates must match the supplied item; an individual certificate does not cover every product.
Passenger-vessel and cruise hotel supplies
The scope includes equipment spares and items for accommodation and public areas. Where appearance, dimensions, model or material matter, provide photographs, sample information or a technical specification.
- Escalator and lift spares.
- Furniture, chairs, table covers, light fittings, curtains and folding screens.
- Laundry and galley equipment and spare parts.
- Tiles, carpets and associated hotel items.
Confirm specifications and delivery scope
Email requirements to tech@grand-ocean.hk. Brand names identify equipment or products; original or alternative-part requirements, source and applicable documents need confirmation in the quotation. A supply list is not evidence of authorisation from every named manufacturer.
List installation, testing, recharging or repair separately from the goods. Deliverable items and timing depend on confirmed arrangements.
- Maker, model, serial number, part references, drawings or nameplate images.
- Description, specification, quantity, permitted alternatives and required certificates.
- Delivery port, consignee, vessel schedule and requested supply date.
- Associated installation, inspection, recharging or repair requirements.
